The directory will include photos, names, addresses, and contact information of all parishioners who OPT-IN! What does it mean to OPT-IN?  Fill out and submit this electronic form or email hello@cccath.org if you need to update any existing information that we have in our database. Only members who OPT-IN will be listed in the directory!

The deadline to submit your own directory photo is Wednesday, May 15:

• Provide your own: E-mail your photo, .jpg or .png file, to hello@cccath.org. Please include the names of each person(s) in the body of the email.
