The Rev. Canon Lisa Senuta from the Diocese of Kansas will guide this one-day retreat using Brene Brown’s guideposts to assist individual reflection on what is needed to show up to our lives with a whole heart. The path will cause a ”reckoning and a rumble” as we let go of what others think, move away from perfectionism, lose the anxiety, and release the smaller version of self to embrace the abundant life and joy found in the path of Jesus Christ.
